Private Practice Associates, LLC VIP Program (“PPA VIP Program”) is designed to provide PPA physician members and their employees (hereafter called "Recipients") access to a wide variety of discounts on vendor goods and services. The program is administered by PPA.
Revocation
PPA reserves the right to revoke, deny or disapprove any existing or applying vendor from participation in the PPA VIP Program, and vendors reserve the right to alter, amend, modify, or terminate their offering or any portion thereof at any time without notice or cause.
Cancellation
An approved discount offer is effective until canceled in writing from either the vendor or PPA.
Negotiation
PPA does not negotiate or guarantee prices or terms made available by vendors to Recipients through the PPA VIP Program, and it strongly recommends that Recipients research and compare prices, levels of service and consider any other relevant factors before making any purchase.
Dispute Resolution
Purchases and sales made as a result of the PPA VIP Program are solely between the Recipient, as a consumer, and the vendor, as a seller of the product or service. PPA has no responsibility or obligation with respect to purchases or sales (including no responsibility or obligation for disputes between a Recipient and any vendor). In exchange for PPA making the PPA VIP Program available, Recipients and vendors acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall PPA be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from, or arise out of the purchase, sale or use of any products or services purchased or sold.
Eligibility
Eligibility requirements are set forth by the merchant, but generally, all Recipients possessing a legitimate PPA VIP Card are eligible for discounts.
